The Sluga Collection
The exhibition at the Ormož Castle
The Sluga collection presents the dwelling culture of the middle classes in the first half of the 19th century. Marko Sluga, an art lover and collector, donated the exhibits to the Museum in 2003.
The Biedermeier furniture represents the principle of simplicity in design, emphasis on structure and beauty of wood and natural materials as well as the attachment to classical antique forms.
Ormož Castle is open from Monday to Friday from 8 to 15 hours on Saturday from 9 to 14 hour. Closed on Sundays and holidays.
